DEPOSIT  We require a 2 night rate non refundable deposit to secure the booking and the balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

PAYMENT Can be made by Bank transfer to the nominated Villa Account in Bali. Please note the transfer fee is at the charge of the sender or by Pay Pal which is subject to 5% surcharge on each transfer.

CANCELLATIONS  We have a STRICT cancellation policy.

For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 30 full days prior to the Villa’s arrival check in time on the day of check in, otherwise no refund.

If cancellation less than 30 days in advance, there will be no refund. For extenuating circumstances please contact via email and a refund will be considered.

If Guest decides to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.

SMOKING  not allowed in Villa but allowed outside

NOISE  Please respect other villas and their guests by keeping the noise to a minimum after midnight. Guests may be asked to leave the villa if they do not comply. No refund will apply if this happens. The use of drugs will not be tolerated.

The Space

A blend of Balinese tropical design and modern luxury, creating a memorable environment for an unforgettable holiday.

The villa provides 260sqm of floor space within a 400sqm block.

Large spacious rooms with extra high ceilings. Expansive windows and sliding doors opening out onto the balconies, swimming pool and dining area. Large tiled floors throughout. Huge granite bench tops, with lots of storage cupboards in the fully equipped kitchen.

The swimming pool is just off the lounge. Size 6.1 metre by 3.2 metre. There is a gazebo with sun beds on the other end of the pool, making it accessible from both areas. This can be closed off from little children if required.

You can choose to sit or swim in the sun or shade as there is both most of the day in both the pool, lawn and gardens.

The balconies allow guests to have some time out away from other villa activities if desired and also to enjoy the view of the gardens.

The pond offers a serene place to relax, reflect or meditate if so desires.

The villa is at the end of a no through road giving it a quiet peaceful atmosphere, but is also close to the main roads making it easy to get around.

This is our home away from home and hope you will find it a memorable, hassle free experience during your stay at the Villa.

Guest Access

There is a paved road to the Villa with parking for a car or motor bikes behind a gate from the road. A staff contact number and map of how to get to the Villa will be provided to you prior to your arrival date.

We can provide private transport at a cost or you can catch a taxi. A taxi ramp is located in the next street from the Villa, staff can call you one whenever you need it.

7-10 minute walk to the Supermarket and main Seminyak road, where all the shops and restaurants are.

20-30 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Seminyak beach, swept clean every morning and stretches for 5 kilometres. Please note that during the months December to February there may be rubbish on the beaches washed down river by the rainy season.

3 minute walk to massage spas

Interaction with Guests

We are at your service 24/7 to help you.

We provide advice, arrange tours, activities and transport if you wish while in Bali.

You will be greeted by one or more of our staff who will ensure that you have everything you need and give help where necessary to make sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Guests can call the staff by pressing the bell, using the provided mobile phone or just getting them as they are just there on the property.

I am contactable by WhatsApp, text message or email and we are in regular contact with the Assistant Manager who is responsible for the Villa and the Guests.

The Neighbourhood

Seminyak is a very popular area to visit. There are many varieties of shops. There are 2 large supermarkets and 2 liquor stores for imported and local goods near by. There are numerous restaurants with varied cuisines and prices. You are close (short Taxi ride ) to the more popular up market restaurants. The beach is within walking distance.

Getting Around

Villa independent driver. (negotiate cost with driver)

Taxi, easily obtained in a short time. average cost in and around area is Rp30,000 to Rp50,000

Jalan Jalan (walking is a great way to see things at you pace and most things are within walking distance)

Other Things to Note

We have provided 2 mobile phones for use while in Bali. The cost is only what you use while there. We ask you to provide the balance to staff upon leaving. This is usually very little.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

PRIVATE CAR: This is at the Guest expense. Rp250,000 one way for 5 people plus checked luggage. For 6 or more with checked luggage, 2 cars will be needed. If 6 guests with only cabin luggage, then 1 car only will be needed.

Wayan will pick you up in a 7 seater Car plus driver, air conditioned and well maintained.

He is a safe, reliable driver and can speak good English and Indonesian.

He will meet you at the designated area just outside the customs exit. A photo of the meeting place will be given to you prior to your arrival. He will have your name displayed.

The money is to be paid to Wayan on arrival at the villa or the following day.

How many cars can be discussed with you weeks prior to your arrival.

TAXI You can catch a taxi by hiring one at the desk, just as you come out of the customs exit doors to the airport.

You can also organise your own transport to the villa. A map will be sent to you prior to arrival.

NOTE We prefer you to use Wayan where possible. It is his own business and he will get you to the Villa and anywhere safely, quickly and in the shortest possible time.

Taxis can sometimes give you the run around or get lost finding the villa and you will only be able to fit 3 passengers in one car.

What transport you use is up to you and we will respect your decision.

BREAKFASTS This is cooked for you for free but the ingredients are at your expense.

We prefer to do it this way as not everyone likes a full breakfast. This way we can keep the costs down to a minimum for you. You can buy the stores yourself from the nearby supermarket or you can get the staff to get it for you. Please, we ask that you pay them for the goods.

COOKED MEALS The staff are all very good cooks. They will prepare your meals for you as you wish.

The ingredients and a small cooking fee is to be paid to the staff. The cost will be negotiated by you and the staff member, because this depends on if it is for only a few and small dinner or large party and big dinner. Also if more than 1 staff member is required or not.

TAKEAWAY The staff are happy to organise take away meals for you. Sometimes it can be delivered and sometimes it is quicker for our staff to pick it up.

At the tour desk there is a file with various take away menus in them.

SEAFOOD BBQ There is a charge for seafood, preparation and cooking. Our staff prepare and cook an amazing seafood BBQ. You can be taken out to the market to buy your own seafood with Wayan. If only one guest, he may take you out on the motorbike, quite safe. It takes 3 staff to prepare and cook the BBQ so there is a fee. Please negotiate the price with Wayan. If you don’t wish to go to the market, just give your list to Wayan, he will get the seafood from the market for you. As said before, please negotiate price with Wayan as  seafood  differs in price.

BABYSITTING/NANNY SERVICE Please advise us prior to your arrival, the need for this service. We can then assist you in our own staff availability and price or a reliable outside service.

Baby hire equipment is also something we can organise or send you a Web link to a couple of Bali hire places for you to organise on line.

HAIR DRYER We have one in each Bedroom in one of the wardrobe draws.

IRON/IRONING BOARD The iron is a dry, non steam iron. A staff member will set up the iron and desk to iron on and will put it away for you when finished. If time permits our staff will sometimes do the ironing for you. Please discuss this with the staff.

LAUNDRY & DRYCLEANING SERVICE Ask the staff to organise drop off and pick up to the laundry or you can do it yourself as there a 3 to 4 within walking distance. Please ask staff regarding the cost.

We have a clothes Airer (Horse) to hang towels and hand washing out.

MASSAGES & SPA Our staff can organise massages in the Villa or you can walk to the massage spas close by, if you choose. If you wish to be totally pampered there are several World class Spas that can cater to your wishes. Please ask our staff for further information in this area.

MOTORBIKE/CYCLE HIRE Ask staff to organise for you.

International drivers licence is required, Helmet to be worn on motorbikes or you may get a fine.

Prices approximate.

Cycle bike RP 30,000 to 50,000/day for a week or more hire.

Motorbike RP 50,000 to 60,000/day for 1 week or more hire.

MOBILE PHONES you can purchase a travel sim which works for 1 month. For longer, you need to register your IME to customs.

TOURS AND SHORT TRIPS Tailored to suit your needs

Wayan, our recommended tour operator, has his own business driving a Toyota Veloz 7 seater plus driver, air conditioned and well maintained. He is a safe, reliable driver, can speak English and Indonesian well and will get you anywhere in the shortest possible time. Born in Nusa Peneda but spent most of his time in Bali, he knows the area very well and has a vast knowledge of Tourist activities, Restaurants and Bars.

Please discuss your wishes and negotiate a price with Wayan.

NOTE if you need information on any tours please email me and we will assist where possible. Some organised tours are better booked on line, others are cheaper booked when in Bali.

SAFETY

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES In all bedrooms. Please keep your valuables in the safety deposit boxes provided. The Villa will not be responsible for missing or stolen goods.

ACCIDENTS The Villa will not take responsibility for any accidents or injury sustained during your period of stay. We highly recommend travel insurance.

MEDICAL If a doctor is required, the nearest hospital is the best place to go. The staff will assist you in this regard.
